Alter'd Mane Salon believes in the craft within the stylist and the goals of our guests. Our structure of time-based pricing simplifies the quoting process, checkout, AND most importantly gives you the flexibility to perform the necessary steps it takes to achieve guests' goals. We also have removed gratuity for an all inclusive, luxury experience for our customers. We take pride in our work as artists and charge appropriately for our time, so no tips are necessary.
IN-HOUSE EDUCATION + COACHING
We want to see you succeed! There are so many tools for you to utilize at Alter'd Mane Salon, you just have to choose to participate. Some of the tools offered to our stylists include monthly one-on-one career coaching calls, free-educational classes, and an online platform with videos to support you in developing your career path with us. In addition, you have the freedom to observe/shadow our stylists during downtime or on your days off.
We also understand not everyone is ready to start behind the chair right away. We offer internships that include shadow days, one on one mentorship, and duo reservation services which include having an experienced stylist by your side while you perfect your skills.
SESSION ARTISTS
With our simplified, all-inclusive time-based pricing, you can customize each guest’s reservation to their needs. In addition, you determine your prices, giving you complete control of your income.
